I was in a bit of a hair crisis mode & made an appointment for the soonest I could get. Ali was lovely & talked me through what would be best to do with my hair. She made me feel so much better & when I left my hair looked lovely. I really needed someone lovely & she couldn't have been any better. I am so grateful for that x
