Today Alice cut my hair and she was superb. She listening carefully to what i wanted and did exactly what i asked for. She was friendly and efficent and i couldn't have asked for anything more. The receptionist was also brilliant and the lovely girl who washed my hair. I don't normally like a head massage but she was so gentle and relaxing i felt sleepy!! Overall 5 stars from start to finish.
