I visited The Hair Salon on the 5th March. What I lovely experience! Sophie was knowledgeable, warm and really friendly. I was unhappy with my balayage and from start to finish Sophie told me exactly what to expect and I felt completely reassured and well looked after. I had a lovely day chatting away to Sophie and I've booked in for a later date which I will look forward too. I loved the friendly/family atmosphere and felt totally at ease unlike some other salons I have visited. Well done The Hair Salon,you're doing a fantastic job.

Only my second visit but already have full confidence that my hair problem from a previous hairdresser will be solved and I"ll look my very best. Very enjoyable experience too! All the staff are great!
