I had tried to home colour and failed to get the colour right, after two further attempts I had a very patchy result. Sophie and Andrea at the salon were very understanding, they explained that the outcome would depend on how my hair responded to the colour stripping, therefore it wasn't possible to simply pick a new colour. I'm so glad of their experience and professionalism. The end result is far better than I imagined it could be. I absolutely love the colour. Thank you so much.
