Chloe applied my hair colour today. She’s fairly new to the salon and so it was my first time with her. Chloe was friendly and professional. She neatly applied my colour and my hair now feels refreshed. A lovely head, neck and shoulder massage from Rachel and fringe trim with Josey. I really value my visits to The Colour Lab Hair Studio - thank you!

Oh my gosh! Such a wonderful experience. What a lovely salon with a wonderful team of experts. Thorough consultation, Chloe totally understood what colour I was looking for. She took so much time getting good placement and the result is absolutely amazing, I’m thrilled. After the colour service I had an olaplex treatment which included a super relaxing head and neck massage by Rachel, which was bliss. Chloe finished my style and found a tiny bit of colour she felt needed some correction and booked me in within a couple of days. I mean I could hardly see what she pointed out. I can only say how totally professional! How good was that she wanted my hair to be none other than perfect! Credit to Josie the owner too because she really does have a great team and salon. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable too! Id definitely check them out if you’re looking for great hairdressing. I have just moved to the area and I’m so impressed with Heathfield and the friendly welcome you get in all the shops there. Thank you x

Always a friendly atmosphere with friendly staff. The salon is stylish and warm. Ashleigh as always is so friendly and kind and is a superb hair stylist. I won’t go anywhere else. Extremely professional service

Another enjoyable afternoon with Josey at Colour Lab Hair Studio. Wasn't sure I would find another salon after almost 25 years with my previous hairdresser, but Josey and her team have filled the bill.
