I dont recommend anything to anyone unless I am asked and I feel it is appropriate. I dont like this question in surveys and never answer it!!

I really don’t like the fact that the therapist is trying to multi task reception during my appointments. In the past I’ve had therapists leave the door open during my consultation and I hate that as well. I think you need someone to manage reception.

I'm normally very happy with Ella Bache Tamworth but today was a rushed experience. The beautician was obviously in a hurry or behind time. I was out in just over 5 minutes! The job was not poorly done - but I normally enjoy relaxing, even if it's only waxing being done.
