A professional lovely salon always made to feel welcome and comfortable, with Covid they have a great process in place and I felt confident they were looking after their clients with their processes and taking it very seriously. They were understandably busy on their reopening to get me an appointment but I was happy to wait and get booked in knowing I am in the hands of fabulous hairdressers I trust. All the staff are a credit they are always fully engaged act professional and so friendly and helpful unlike most other hairdressers I have been to in Essex and London. I always leave happy with my results and feel relaxed. Even with a bit of a travel I know I have found my go to hairdressers now.

I felt very safe, Lino had been to a lot of trouble to make the whole experience comfortable and everything was so clean and I came away feeling so much better with my new hair cut.

I am so glad I found this salon. Lino and his team are always highly professional and friendly, and my hair has never looked so good. I was concerned about having my hair done with the risk of the virus, but Lino took the time to call me to discuss the precautions they were taking and, upon visiting, I can see that everything is being done to minimise any risk. A great salon - thank you.

I came out feeling a million dollars as usual and know that it is such a superb cut it will last me for some time. The last one lasted all through lockdown and although longer was still a perfect shape.

I’ve been coming to Lino for 20 years after a recommendation when we moved to the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lino and his staff. Fantastic, friendly service always.
