Natalie was a considerate listener and completely understood what I was hoping to achieve. She executed it perfectly, even when it took considerably longer than either of us expected! It was my first time at the salon and I was super impressed with Natalie and every member of staff I interacted with 🙂

Always a pleasure and, considering my lifetime of avoiding thinking about my hair, that is a BIG deal! From my first visit Will has given advice or not, chatted when I feel like it and tolerated my haphazard approach. I genuinely love my cut and I always know he will use his skill to make sure I can have this style with minimal effort - again huge win! Great salon, great tailored approach to clients and great Will!
