Hi, thanks as ever for a lovely visit. The lady at reception is such an asset to the team. Love her! One observation is that sometimes when I am getting my hair done whoever is doing it stands and chats for quite a long time. I love to chat to them but often my time is tight so would appreciate if they could continue working whilst chatting. Thank you.

I really like my hair and the hairdresser however pricing is far too expensive to come here regularly. I understand people will say you get what you pay for and apparently I paid for something extra which wasn’t advised nor was I asked, extra £20 which I would have said no to as it is optional, you don’t have to have this and to be fair I wasn’t asked or told and no idea if I actually did, I disagree with that whole heartedly. I am truly happy with my hair but as mentioned being a single mum this was a treat as other things come first.

Initially was left hanging, however voiced my concern and prompt apology, accepted! Loved the idea of complimentary treatments, pot of tea hit the spot, very calm environment and despite the shaky start all staff were friendly. Had my long curly hair chopped and styled by Sophie, which I gave permission to use her imagination and flare to which she did! And not forgetting Sarah Jane who worked her magic on my pale un-kempt eyebrows and lashes, making me look alive again! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY NEW LOOK!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, I WILL BE BACK X

Had to hang up and get own coat. Was not offered any refreshments. Felt my massages were an inconvenience and not a pleasurable experience It has become just like any other salon and not standing out like it used to be.

I had to wait around 15 minutes as Liam was running late, but everyone made me feel welcome. Felt really pampered especially with the complimentary head massage. Will defo return for my next cut. 😃
