I was very disappointed to pay £14.50 to have 1/2" cut off the back of my hair, I've never paid this before and apparently it's in there new pricing system, however there prices are not on display so it wasn't until I got my bill this came to light, so a retouch and trim was £35, which is only £4 cheaper than my salon.

Arranged appointment at same time with my daughter, but later changed her appointment time due to the fact there was now only one beautician available.and in the process cancelled my appointment. However, they kindly booked me in an hour later and was given the use of the spa and a free pass for two to use another time. This meant I had to come back again later to take my daughter for her appointment. I also bought some dermalogica product and was over charged as the prices on the till were incorrect . Daughter who had crystal clear is now suffering from very dry patches really bad even though it is stated she has very sensitive skin. This problem was not an issue when Jo did her facial ? down to experience.

I had a pedicure. Paid for a luxury one and got a very poor standard one. Came back following day for manicure and a very competant beautician put my tonails right and gave me an excellent service. Due to this I would refer my friends and family to you.
