Shame the spa wasnt up to standard of our last visit - no slippers, drinking water, cloths to be able to use products in spa, steam room not working and unfortunate accident with the steam machine during facial. But everyone was professional and the quality of the rest of the treatment was good just a shame the incident didnt make for a relaxing visit - I would go again but not choose steam treatment :-)

Today I was disappointed. I attend the college every 4-6 weeks for a one hour facial. Today from collection in reception to drop off in reception was 40 minutes, I did not get value for money although I was discounted 10%. I would be happier to pay full price and receive the full hour.

I usually really enjoy my treatments at Revive West Notts but I was disappointed with my last visit. I arrived to find no one on reception, after waiting 5 minutes someone turned up and asked me to take a seat once I'd let them know what I was there for. My appointment was late starting by nearly 20 mins. This is fine but no one let me know why or how long I'd be waiting. The therapist then seemed to rush the introduction to my treatment, not asking what I was hoping to achieve from it or if I had any experience or concerns relating to it. The treatment, a back exfoliation and full body massage, was actually quite nice although I found her instructions difficult to follow and at one point she used a machine on me I wasn't expecting and have never had used on me during a massage before! The actual experience wasn't that bad but it was a bit out the blue. Finally at the end of the treatment I felt rushed and was told to get dressed and leave quickly as they were closing soon. I found this the worst part as it meant any relaxation I'd got from the treatment pretty much evaporated as I was hurried out of the treatment room. I would book another treatment and in fact the same treatment but I would probably request a different therapist.
