I have been using revive for my colour and cut for over a year now and I'm mostly happy with the results. I usually have the trainee stylists which of course takes much longer but its worth the wait as a tutor checks their work at each stage. Today was a good experience, i had one of the tutors to colour and cut. I paid more but it was done in half the time and looks fabulous! thanks

I always enjoy my visits to the salon and my treatments have ALWAYS been top class

If there had been disabled facilities such as a Wheelchair friendly bowl for hair washing, then it would have been tens across the board, but because of having to drop the back of my wheelchair, and balance on my back wheels using my neck to have my hair washed, was not quite a pleasurable experience for myself,and /or the poor Student who had me dropped in their lap, so to speak. The poor Student just kept apologising and although they treated me with the utmost care and attention and gave me a fabulous hair cut, i could feel the tension within them, of not having had training with a disabled person in salon, or had training in class before. BUT it wouldn't stop me from coming again. In fact i have booked another appointment, with the same student. I just hope that with time, the salon Staff and Students incorporate disabled hair styling as a whole.

I booked in for a full body massage as a present for myself for my birthday and it was the best money ive ever spent. great value, great people and a lovely atmosphere!! definatley will be going again *****

I presume nos 1-10 for feedback indicate the higher the number given the better the service received ...... However it might be helpful for this to be specified a s in 1 not very satisfied - 10 Excellent.
