I'd booked for an intimate wax after months of lockdown which was always going to be a bit nerve-wracking based on the jungle of growth I'd accumulated. Fernando whisked me away to a small room and quickly began the waxing- he was so assured and professional, I felt instantly at ease and during more sensitive areas Fernando was great at engaging me in conversation so as to take my mind off the treatment. The session took half an hour and I am thrilled with the results- I'll only be booking with Fernando for future appointments. He helpfully talked to me about the benefits of electrolysis which The London Salon also provides- something I'd definitely consider in the future. Five stars!
