I payed 360 pounds for a yuko treatment that didn’t work. It was a waste of money . I’ve done it before in other salons and it was amazing but here it was just a waste of money horrible

The service has really gone ‘down’ from what I received from the salon before lockdown. Before lockdown, my nails were cleaned and feet washed. This has now been reduced to just a nail clip and fail - very very basic. Also, the service is suppose to be 15min, I think I was in there for 5min. I won’t go back unless I get notification that they are addressing the issue. I am really disappointed.

Hello Laurens, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you felt the express pedicure you received at our Salon was not to your expectation. With the express pedicure we cut, shape, file and polish the nails, while with the full pedicure you get the foot bath, exfoliation, and cuticle work too. Our new beauty therapist Gislene should have spent more time on your feet, apologies about this, we have addressed the time issue, we tried to call you over the phone to invite you for another visit. However, we understand that on some occasions expectations are not met and we always do our utmost to put right any situation where a client feels unsatisfied.
