The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that the client near me having a pedicure was not wearing a mask when everyone else in the Salon was. Maybe she should have been offered one. No one likes wearing them but the staff were so I feel in that kind of environment she should have done. Sorry

Thank you for your concern and we apologise if you felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately some people are exempt from wearing masks which is out of our control. We do encourage all of our clients to wear them around the salon.

I had microblading done. I think I should have done more research about shape options before hand, or had those drawn to my attention. I am not critical of the outcome, and I am happy - but I may have made a different shape choice had I had that option.

Thank you for your feedback, please remember you are part way through your treatment and we can change/add to the shape at your next session if you are not entirely confident with the shape provided. We always tread with caution with microblading at your first session as the pigment will fade over the next 6 weeks meaning at your final session you can decide if you want to change anything before we penetrate the pigment deeper.

My appt was at 11.30 but I didn’t start treatment until 11.55 am - I had to ask what was happening - no one came to me to explain the delay - a minor point but important I think otherwise a lovely experience

I love coming along to have my nails done and I regularly dip in to other services too, including using the Jane Iredale make up. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The salon is run extremely well and everyone is very well trained to ensure customers regularly return. It would be lovely to see more incentives or rewards for regular customers - the Swipi system encourages customers to spend more on additional products and services without benefiting customers for the things they want the most - nails. Many deals support new business customers or people who are able to attend last minute slots - how about making loyal customers feel great with a free gel manicure after every 10 or 12 visits
