The service is great. The atmosphere is a bit noisy and busy for me - but I think other people would love it. I personally prefer a calmer environment - both music and decor - but I think its a great fun space.

Lovely salon and nail artist. Gel mani very nice, pedicure suffered from needing three coats and I’m not sure quick dry top coat was used (I didn’t check I unfortunately assumed). In any case, one of my toes smudged even before I made it home which was frustrating

I am very happy with my nails and the quality of the service however it did feel extremely rushed. The salon was also very very hot which made me feel uncomfortable. This is a real shame as it meant that I didn't feel relaxed.

Sorry to hear that you felt your treatment was rushed. This is not normally how our treatments should feel. We have had an issue with our air conditioning so we do apologies that you felt hot. All is now fixed so should feel a lot cooler.

Unfortunately, I don't come in as much as I'd like to for my nails as I find that infills and a gel colour every 2-3 weeks would cost @ £80.00 a month and I just can't justify that spend. Would be good if you could introduce a loyalty scheme to reward people for the services that they have regularly, ie., nails/feet rather than promoting the more expensive Body/Beauty services which wouldn't necessarily be taken up that due to cost. I do see last minute offers, however, that;s for appointments on that day, during the day which the majority of people cannot do due to being at work. Nails and feet are run rate business - guaranteed to fill seats if the prices were lower/or a loyalty scheme introduced . . . in turn that would increase recommendations and increase the opportunity for upselling.

I enjoyed my facial but was slightly disappointed by the 'hard sell' talking most of the way through the facial which inhibited the relaxing experience that having a facial usually is. Sadly it felt like Natslia wasrewding from a script and because I was already using the product she had planned to recommend she had to search around to talk about and seek to sell me something else.

Natalia had just returned from her training with Environ and may of been a little over excited but what she had learnt. We never deliberately hard sell to any of our clients as this is not the nature of our salon. We have incredibly result driven products and clients can be on a combination of products to ensure you receive the best possible results.
