Massage was really nice, but for some reason my head was kept raised on a pillow so strained my neck a bit!

I am really happy with the service. The 1st time i had shellac nails done there wasn't much colour choice and i was a bit dissapointed. Next time i visited the beauty therapist mentioned you had 20 more new colours so look forward to having my nails done again. I did ask for information on bridal packages the therapist said she didn't know off the top of her head but did not give me any more information after that.

Fantastic salon only downside is the noise from outside when having a treatment its hard to relax with the noise.

Generally good service, Sadia undertook my treatment at short notice and was excellent and very caring.

Unfortunately my experience with the therapist was not very positive, i wasn't asked about how my last treatment was, I had to remind her to cover my beauty spots and the 1 to 10 approach wasn't used and each time I had to tell her it was hot. I was hit on the jaw on two occasions which wasn't pleasant. She also struggled to use the equipment. The therapist came across as lacking confidence and experience and I had to ask her not to do the second form of treatment as it wasn't bearable. This experience does not reflect my overall experience of the beauty wardrobe and my last experience of treatment was fantastic as has been my overall treatments. I am a long standing customer and will avoid booking the therapist. I shared my concerns at the end of my visit and these were acknowledged so thank you!
