I went for a facial and rather than it being relaxing I had therapist knocking on the door wanting something out of the room on three occasions. The therapist who did my facial talked continuously and wouldn't shut up. The whole point of paying £55 is for it to relax you, not having a headache after it!

I had a therapist that has no idea how to do Shellac nails - no wonder there was an offer on it! I paid £30 for the nails and they did not even last a week. On top of that the therapist I requested was not even there to do them and the receptionist didn't even bother to apologise for changing me over. What a terrible place, I wont be going back!

To increase the service experience the salon needs to ensure that they inform clients if there are any changes to the requested beautician. I have found that when I have booked online or in person there has been a change in the staff member and the salon never informed me. I felt really awkward and uncomfortable when there to challenge this as it was done without even asking me and i needed the treatment.

The microdermabrasion rooms and not very appealing. The mirrors have smear marks the place needs cleaning. Looks dirty. Good service but let down with the way the room looks.

Unfortunately my experience with the therapist was not very positive, i wasn't asked about how my last treatment was, I had to remind her to cover my beauty spots and the 1 to 10 approach wasn't used and each time I had to tell her it was hot. I was hit on the jaw on two occasions which wasn't pleasant. She also struggled to use the equipment. The therapist came across as lacking confidence and experience and I had to ask her not to do the second form of treatment as it wasn't bearable. This experience does not reflect my overall experience of the beauty wardrobe and my last experience of treatment was fantastic as has been my overall treatments. I am a long standing customer and will avoid booking the therapist. I shared my concerns at the end of my visit and these were acknowledged so thank you!

Generally good service, Sadia undertook my treatment at short notice and was excellent and very caring.
