As far as value for money is concerned, I paid £146.20 for a simple straight female haircut (just trimming medium length hair with blow dry), and added shampoo + conditioner and elixir ultime. I did not receive an itemised receipt, so hard to tell what drove the price, but as the value of the same shampoo + conditioner + elixir on Amazon is ~£72, the cost of the haircut with hair conditioner in the salon would have been £74.2 roughly which is higher than Toni&Guy central London prices (I wold pay about £45 for the same job before lockdown with a complimentary glass of Prosecco being served with the haircut), hence not competitive. It might be that the bill was not correct or that your profit margins on the products are much higher than with Amazon, but overall I think the price was not reasonable for the job + products. The experience with the stylist though was excellent.

I called ahead and explained someone had gone into the back of my car in the car park and I would be a few minutes late. It was explained that would mean that my childrens’ hair may need to be cut one after the other rather than simultaneously, which I gratefully accepted. When I arrived there was plenty of muttering and annoyed glances between certain staff that we were 15 minutes late. I was a little shaken and whilst I understand tardiness is difficult to manage I am a return customer and I would not wish to make anyone feel uncomfortable about an unavoidable situation - the customer service was disappointing and insincere. However the lovely young staff who cut their hair were both friendly and professional and made the experience overall a positive one.
