I got my eyebrows tinted and I said I wanted them to look very natural 3 times but still ended up 2 shades darker than my natural colour and it doesn’t match my hair! Really unhappy as they look horrible I have light brown hair and very dark eyebrows now. I got the allergy test and didn’t have a reaction but after the appointment around my eyebrows are so red and itchy

Could only upload one photo but normally after a full set of highlights all my roots are gone, I have even blonde hair throughout and leave feeling fresh and like I have had my hair done. I returned for the second within a week yesterday and had a few extra ones put in though sadly once hair had dried still could not tell any difference. Staff are all lovely, just a lot of money to spend to not look any different and still leave with black roots and dark patches. Have rebooked in another salon for next week as just desperate for an even blonde throughout which has never not managed to be achieved with a full set of high lights before 😔☹️. Overall a very expensive month for hair.

During my consultation I started off asking for all over blonde, the lady suggested a few other techniques and after seeing the picture of what I wanted she said we could achieve this. However I’ve left today feeling a little disappointment as though my hair does look nice I don’t feel it is what I asked for which is a shame, as I had a lot of confidence in my stylist and was excited to finally be the level of blonde I have been wanting. During the service, my stylist was quite rough with my hair leaving my scalp quite sore however the head massage I was offered did cease this. My stylist and the stylist working at the sink basin next to us was chatting which was fine until my stylist kept leaning over and would stop doing my hair to whisper in her hear, which felt slightly unprofessional and a little uncomfortable as you could tell they were gossiping about someone. On a more positive note as I really don’t want to complain. The second lady who came and cut my hair (Marissa?) was much more talkative and was really lovely.
