I had a first class experience at The Chair today. My stylist, Phoebe, was extremely professional and did an amazing colour and cut. The salon is very COVID-19 safe with excellent safety measures in place. I would totally recommend The Chair.

Luke is an exceptional hairdresser. He always makes me feel comfortable. He is personable and remembers things about me and asks me questions about my life. He is relaxed and happy to try different styles and makes me feel like he is passionate about his work. He gives me advice about products to use and shows me how to use them. He makes me feel comfortable and safe so I can give my opinion or ask for things a bit shorter or different. I always enjoy coming in to get my hair done by Luke. I find the salon prices quite high but I understand it is most probably the going rate and that would be my only negative about the salon. Everything is expensive nowadays anyway. Thankyou again for a great visit. See you soon.

Frankie was absolutely lovely, my hair was so awful and dead before I had it done and now it looks stunning. She is brilliant and gave me very good advice. She knew exactly what would look right with my hair colour and the result was even better than what I imagined so would recommend. Other staff are also very friendly, all smiley and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

It took me a while to find a salon and person who I was happy with until my friend recommended this salon. I have now been twice. I feel welcome and comfortable and well consulted on what I would like. Both times I haven’t felt like the appointment was rushed and have been very happy with the result!
