I was very impressed with the online booking system. I was called on the morning of my appointment I made online to say Kelly who my appointment was with was off sick, I was again impressed to find they still managed to fit me in on the same day & were very apologetic for the inconvenience but I didn't mind. I had Olivia instead of Kelly and I am really pleased with the way she has cut my hair. I felt she listened to exactly what I wanted (which I have found on many occasions at different salons in the past that they haven't) and she completely understood what I wanted & adhered to it with the products she used through to that way she cut my hair. I thought she was very thorough & neat so I couldn't really ask for more. I live in ampthil & that was my first visit to Steve Hilliard & I will definitely go again - I will book online because I love that system & I will ask for Olivia. Thank you :) Charlotte

My daughter was so pleased with her new hairdo and this lovely salon that I thought I'd go there too. I was very pleased. Very professional approachable people. Very clean and tidy. I love my new hairdo. I'll be using this salon from now on. And recommending Hilliards to my pals.

Kelly is an amazing stylist,always listens to what you think you would like and then advises you on what would be best for you. After having had the same style for years, she totally transformed my look and colour;thanks so much! I can highly recommend Kelly;in fact I go every week (don't tell the husband!) Cheryl.

Steve has been my hairdresser for a very long time and is fantastic. The staff in both salons are very professional and treat each client very individually, you come out of there feeling pampered and refreshed with hair looking how you want it. The atmosphere is very friendly but also kept on a professional level. Refreshments are always offered throughout your visit which is very nice. The staff are always up to date with all the latest trends which is great if you want to try something new. I have tried other salons as i moved to a different town but was always disappointed and have always returned to Steve Hilliard.
