My usual stylist was taken ill on the morning of my appointment the salon phoned and arranged for another stylist to do my hair. I was really grateful as it was for a much needed colour and cut. I was not inconvenienced at all and have agreat cut and colour.

Today was only my second visit to the salon, my first last week involved cut and colour and because I wanted some more layers putting into my style I was fitted in promptly and wasn't charged anything for the further trim. Excellent, professional service by everyone, would highly recommend. Keep up the good work.
