Overall we really enjoyed our visit which included a half day spa. The treatment was excellent and pools were very relaxing. The staff were also very friendly. However, we felt there should be a dining area for lunch/complimentary snack in the Spa rather than having to lie down in the relaxation room or sit in the bar with dressing gowns/swimwear. The snacks provided for the half day spa were unfortunately not up to standard - the choice consisted of mostly cakes 3 of which were very dry. I would have preferred the option of a healthy snack, which would be more in-keeping.

Nice experience on the day but it should have been a surprise for my birthday. Unfortunately after my husband booked it through his email, I received the email to confirm it! I decided not to tell him and still let it be a ‘surprise’ but the day before they phoned my husband’s phone and asked for me, then asked me for full payment while on the phone! My husband was very upset about this. So I have no complaints about the treatment but should always contact the person who booked

The treatment rooms are quite small but decorated nicely. There was a steady stream of customers visiting the leisure facilities which was not conducive to a relaxing environment. I prefer it the way it was before the refurbishment. However I loved my treatment and the therapist was professional and courteous.
