Fabulous half spa day, lovely treatments and staff. Only one minor suggestion would be to upgrade the changing facilities and toiletries as these don’t reflect the rest of the spa experience and the hair dryers aren’t powerful enough.

I arrived and Sallyanne noticed i was having problems with my lower back, straight away put me at ease, i was havind a hot stone fully body massage and it was fantastic, very relaxing and a wonderful experience. My husband has never had a spa treatment, he had Megan who again was brilliant, felt for her as he didn't know what to expect and i think he was stiff as a board, but she did a marvelous job as he did say he would now probably do it again now he knows what to expect. Well done Megan. Thank you to you both.

I was resident at the Hotel and was unable to book all the treatments I requested due to the salon being busy. I think it would have been helpful if I had been asked if I would accept at short notice an appointment if someone cancelled, or had even been contacted with that offer when someone did cancel. I would have happily rearranged my arrangements to have the treatments I wanted completed, especially as I was on site.
