Visiting Octopus is always a highlight of my week. Staff are cheerful and friendly and make me feel welcome. I am able to discuss my style and hair needs with people who are knowledgeable about hair in general but who also take the time to understand my lifestyle and make creative, relevant suggestions for change to keep my style feeling fresh and up to date. I always recommend Octopus to all my friends and family.

Staff are friendly, there was a coffee offered as soon as I walked in. They make you feel that you are important and take their time with you. They ask before adding any products to your hair. I left feeling really pleased with how my hair looked.

Always manage to fit me in,a happy time spent in the salon every time always offered refreshment. A good experience and always love my hair and know should I not be happy can pop back in at any time and this will be put right.Thank you

I have always enjoyed my experience at the salon. The stylists always listen to what I want but are not afraid to suggest new styles and I am confident and trust them to try them. They work closely together and support each other to the extent that I am happy for anyone of them to do my hair.
