There was a lot of waiting for the stylist to return to continue with my cut/colour due to the stylists attending to multiple clients. Downstairs was really cold.

Generally a welcoming salon, reception was organised and efficient and my hairdresser was welcoming and friendly. My back did get quite wet during the washing stage which made me a bit cold by the end of my appointment. There was also a child running around screaming, I know this is probably a very difficult situation to deal with especially when the mum doesn’t do anything. But it made the experience not so relaxing. My blow dry looks fab however!

This was my 3rd visit to the salon. Previously the experience was fantastic. Yesterday I was disappointed. My cut is great & the stylist was friendly & professional. However I arrived on time but then had to wait over half an hour on my own downstairs whilst the stylist finished off drying another client. I wasn’t offered a drink (not even water! Which I know is all you’re able to offer atm). No one came to see me to reassure me it wouldn’t be much longer. Finally the stylist arrived. She was apologetic but even then I had to ask for a drink of water! The experience from then on was good. I hate complaining but I really though this needed to be expressed! Thank you for fab haircut. Customer service not so great.

I specifically asked for my hair not to but cut too short, it is too short. It has also been cut in a way that the fringe has to be pinned back because it is too short. I paid quite a lot of money for the expertise of cutting curly hair. Whilst the hair dresser was very professional and is talented, it felt rushed and I don’t think I was listened to. My hair will grow but I’m afraid I won’t be returning to your salon. My appointment was also delayed by 40 minutes with very little explanation when I arrived. I was the last person that day, it would have been very easy to work out who I was by the hairdresser and given an explanation instead of me standing around wondering where I should go. I would also insist that you stylist eat and have a break at lunchtime, running in adrenaline is not a healthy way for you employees to work.
