Being a people watcher ,in my customer mode ,I notice everything going on around me ,the staff are so professional with all customers ,and yet can put new ones instantly at ease.Which is unusual in my opinion .I have been a customer with Mosaic for a few years and I feel special ,now as when I first decided to have my hair done there. Living in a famous City ,St Albans has its share of excellent salons . Over the years I have tried quite a few , as any woman will tell you ,to find your perfect salon ,is the hardest thing to do in a busy world . Well I can say , Ive found mine , so come and join us !

As always, very friendly, and always cut my hair well. I have never stuck with a salon, always going where I have a voucher. But now, I always come back to Leona. thanks
