Sorry but I think your prices are now too high and although I am very happy with my haircut I cannot justify recommending you purely because of your prices. People are horrified when I tell them how much I pay for highlights and think I am mad to pay it.

Mosaic have a policy of giving telephone reminders of forthcoming appointments. Sometimes I book an appointment just a couple of days beforehand. It is then unnecessary to have a telephone reminder. Would it be possible to record the date the appt was booked so staff realise this? The salon is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. Mosaic have always looked after my family well. Thank you

I have been using the salon for many years but have become increasingly dissatisfied with the final look of my hair. I feel that my stylist doesn't really listen to what I ask for and although there is discussion that she doesn't actually do what she's agreed to. I will be considering whether I come again which is a pity because the salon is convenient for where I live and I like the late night opening.

Just come back from my appointment and left very disappointed. I paid in full for Leona, yet Marco did the blow dry and straightening. He didn't do a bad job, but I explained that I have very wavy / frizzy hair, and the hair was not straightened the whole way through. As such there are a lot of fly-away hairs and wavy sections near the roots. Also asked for straight with volume and the hair looks completely flat with a horrible texture. I am going out for a special night tonight and unfortunately now need to completely re-straighten and style... started with dry shampoo and rollers to hopefully get some volume back. Probably going to have to re-wash. I could not say anything at the time of payment as there were too many people around, but would appreciate some compensation on my account. Thank you Emma

On this particular occasion I was disappointed as I spent a lot of money having me hair coloured specifically said I wanted it to be noticeable. But unfortunately it isn't, no one has noticed I have had any thing done.
