The salon's nice and modern after a refit a few months ago. Some of the stylists have been there for ages and are friendly and good at advising you. I feel the hair washing could do with improvements though. though. It's a pet hate of mine when they wash your hair in some areas but not at your neck or round your hairline, especially if you've had a treatment or colour done. Hopefully that can be improved with training.

Absolutely fine haircut with no complaints but just not as good as previous hairdresser, who was outstanding with the cut and styling my hair. This time the cut was fine, what I asked for, simple trim, but felt she could've spent more effort on the blow dry. This is the most I have ever paid for a haircut and came away dissatisfied. I would've paid this price for the previous hairdresser.

Friendly professional staff always a good experience however - Fluctuating water temperature still seems to be an issue. Condensation on Windows doesn't create good impression
