A great salon stylish and friendly. Excellent professional service from the owner and all the staff. Myself and several of my friends love visiting the salon. I go every week. They are always ready to go that extra mile, and give good discounts to the residents of Battersea Reach.

Staff at Michaela Mitoi provide an incredibly personal service. After walking past the the salon for a good year or so, this summer I decided to drop in to get my nails done. I had not considered getting my hair cut or the staff to offer any professional advice. As an anxious client on my first visit, I felt reassured with the service and appreciated the advice I was given based on my thin and fragile hair - prior to this summer the last time I had let anyone assess my hair (let alone cut it!) was well over 2 years ago. I have been going back regularly and keeping up with the treatments which have evidently worked in thickening my hair; the treatments are superb and staff are forthcoming with advice on every visit. I should have visited them sooner! Thank you all for your guidance and transparency in service.

My 2nd visit in 2 months- my first cut & full head of highlights have lasted well so instead of a half-head I went for an option of the T-Zone. Now I’m home with the light I’m used to I’m even happier with the look. Thank you again Simona for ensuring I will want to return for a third time! Your precision is amazing too.

I am quite particular about my hair and thus struggle to find a good hairdresser who really listens to me. I came to see Gary with an outgrown and completely dull hair colour that I had endured for quite some time. I had lost hope that I will ever get rid of the stubborn yellow tones. Not only did Gary manage to get rid of the yellowness, he quite literally brought my hair back to life with an amazing cool blond leaving my hair shiny and more nourished than it's been in ages. I cannot remember the last time I was so happy leaving a salon. The entire experience was simply amazing and I felt very well looked after. I am very grateful for this and cannot recommend the salon and the team enough.
