Walked past salon caught my eye looked modern clean lines and decor. Waked in greeted by friendly and helpful receptionist gave me a pamphlet with all services. Called made an appointment was offered different tiers of stylists plus prices. My first visit was just a wash and blow dry excellent. Asked about colour was shown colours and did a patch test. Later booked colour cut etc I am Normally quite nervous when someone new cuts my hair but here felt quite relaxed. Loved the colour it was spot on. My daughter and mum in law have been there and are just as happy Best of all we live down on the river front so lovely walk.

Nice atmosphere and good service. Happy again with the result and it was with a new hairdresser (Simona). Very attentive, hair colour is superb and good haircut. My second time at this hairdressers and will definitely recommend it.

The service was nice however the pricing left me a little confused. I booked a highlight treatment (115£) and asked for extra olaplex as well (35£) I was charged an extra 30£ on top of this (A total of 179£). I should have asked right then and there, but figured maybe there were price increases I was not aware of. (Last year August, I got the same treatment, highlight + olaplex AND a haircut for 150£) so I was left confused. I don't see any price increase on the website, so was I charged extra for the hair drying? Please let me know.

A friend recommended this salon to me along with her stylist so was very much looking forward to going. The receptionist is very professional and welcoming which I loved. For my hair, I wasn't completely happy with my haircut, I showed pictures and explained what I wanted and when trying to explain my thoughts at the end, I wasn't listened to fully and was shut down which has put me off making a return visit.

I was surprised to see that the hair stylist didn’t use any heat protection product when using hair iron… I initially came in for a specific hair style, but left with something that I could essentially just do myself at home.. Was a bit misleading to say a hairstyle can be done when in reality not really.. The hair still looked good and saved me some time in preparation, which I was grateful for, however I still needed to tweak it ah home.. All the hair stylists were very friendly and great. I just suppose it may be better to remove some services from the menu if realistically speaking these services are not offered / could not be performed in all honesty. But I think the place is still great if one needs a haircut or coloring service.
