I had a really lovely experience at Matthew James. The salon is so calm and well kept. I was really impressed throughout. I had a phone call before my appointment to let me know that my stylist was running 10 minutes late. I thought that was excellent service. I was greeted and offered a large selection of drinks. I was brought over magazines and made to feel great. All the staff are so polite and friendly. Rachel was fab and really listened to what I wanted. I loved the massage chairs whilst I was having my hair washed and the lovely relaxing head massage. I will definitely be back. Thanks all :)

All the staff at this salon are absolutely fantastic. The whole experience from start to finish is really stellar. Particular shout outs to Katie and Roxie, who are phenomenal, but all those who work there are brilliant.

Love this salon, the team are all super friendly and professional, the attention to detail is fantastic, you never feel your appointment has been rushed and always leave with great hair.
