Fantastic salon, the team are brilliant at what they do as well as really friendly. Surj sorted my thick, frizzy hair out and tamed it into a sleek bob.

Hannah, as always listens and advises, nothing is too much trouble for her. Lovely to be back in such a friendly environment. Very well thought out Covid safety measures too! Thanks everyone !

Staff excellent. Asked regularly if want a drink even by other stylists. Love the massage chair! Do feel that Matthew James appreciates their customers. Even on busy days they don’t leave you waiting around. A tad expensive but you definitely get what you pay for! I’ve had Abby the last few times doing my hair, absolutely lovely girl!

Loved The drinks on offer and every staff member always offered if I wanted another coffee or cold drink! Also loved the massage chair, head massage and eye mask whilst having my hair washed was bliss! Mairead was very professional, gave advice and was really friendly. My first appointment with her and I was really comfortable.

I was very well looked after and constantly asked if I wanted magazines and drinks. Despite 3 1/2 hours in the salon and 3 trips to the basin to wash off colour, toner and a complimentary treatment (they were running a bit late which didn’t worry me), I didn’t have any form of scalp massage that I have previously had (and is one of my highlights visiting the hairdressers!). I was taken aback by the final price in comparison to what I have paid previously. I should have perhaps asked in advance. A lovely salon but I didn’t think I got good value for money overall and doubt I’ll go back sadly.
