Marcela’s is not the cheapest beauty salon but, as in most things in life, you get what you pay for. The salon is spotlessly clean and hygiene is clearly very important. My manicures and pedicures look better and last longer than those done elsewhere. The salon is staffed by individuals who are clearly treated well by management, and there is a happy atmosphere created by the loyal, long-serving and delightful Colombians (in the main) and the background Spanish music. I have never had the good fortune to visit Colombia but get a sense of the people from coming here.

I have been trusting my mani/pedi to Marcella’s for about 18 years. It is by far the most perfect treatment. The attention to detail is just wonderful - always. They really are perfectionists. The salon is always spotless.

A little gem in the heart of High Street Kensington, a fantastic salon with a friendly atmosphere, a very professional beauty therapist and overall a real treat , I highly recommend coming for a treatment
