I only have experience with reception and Shenaz. I have been coming to Marcelo's for a long time. I am always greeted in a most friendly manner with help to take off my coat etc(I am old). Congratulations for this. I look forward to each visit due to the helpfulness and friendly consideration shown to me. Furthermore I do not wish to spend too long each visit. I am always seen promptly which I appreciate. Good luck with the future of Marcelo's

I have used Marcela's for many years now. I only have my eyebrows shaped and tinted. I used Emma until she left to have her baby. I then transferred to Shanaz. I can only praise and thank her for her excellent care and treatment. Please convey this to Shanaz for me

As you can observe from my 10 given to everything on the questionnaire I find my appointments with you always of the highest standard and therefore return frequently.
