Always a great pleasure and enjoyable experience at macadamia. Staff are very professional and I've never been left with any sort of dissapointment. My only concern is the prices, they seem to increase everytime I visit therefore value for money doesn't become apparant. With this in mind it's making me feel like I'm not getting good value compared to your competition.

I had a lovely experience, my hairdresser was super friendly, helpful and made me feel really welcome. The only issue I have is that my hair was thinned out whilst it was wet. This has left my hair looking quite stringy and straggly at the front since I’m assuming too much was taken off. I wasn’t asked how I would like my hair blow dried and by the time I realised, I felt bad in saying since she was half way through and getting the hair straighteners out. Regardless of this I would most definitely return as the overall experience and service was great.

Professional yet friendly service.I always enjoy my salon visit that is why I am a regular customer. No pressure to buy hair products which I found very irritating at other salons. My daughter is a regular visitor too.
