Booked an appointment whilst in town shopping and I’m so glad I did. I had a very bad experience in a walk in ‘cut shop’ in Barnsley and I was extremely unhappy with the outcome, there was no style to it whatsoever so I decided to go one better and try to find a hairdresser that could give me a cut and style that would suit me and as I’m 70 in a couple of weeks I didn’t want to feel and look old fashioned. The stylist was a lovely girl who made me feel at ease and told me what she was doing at every stage of the cut. All in all I love my new hairstyle and now that I’ve found a decent hairdresser I will continue to visit as and when I can.

I have been attending Leslie Frances in Barnsley for many years and have had a few different stylists but they have all been very good - I cannot fault any of them. Added to which they have all been very friendly and attentive girls, which makes for a pleasant experience.

From the minute you enter this salon you are treated with the utmost respect. Always a friendly welcome. Once in the salon you are shown to a waiting area and your stylist informed that you have arrived. You are taken to your seat by an attentive member of staff and attention to detail is amazing. Whatever procedure I am having done has always been carried out very professionally. There is always time for any questions to be answered at each stage and discussion re colour style etc is encouraged by the stylist. Each vist results in you having been made to feel good about yourself and the whole experience is uplifting and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon.

Phoebe was lovely and my hair was exactly what I wanted!
