She’s got my hair the best it’s ever been, she’s honest with advice to keep it healthy and gives 100% every time.

My experience at Lesley Francis was a very positive one, from the warm welcome to the professional expertise and care I received from my stylist, it was a real lovely upbeat environment to be in, I highly recommend this salon and I shall be returning.

From moment I walked in the door the whole experience was very welcoming, helpful & polite, quite a bit of laughter too. I have a real phobia of hair salons and only been twice in last 7 years due to bad experiences. Yesterday I actually stepped out of the salon feeling good. Chloe listened to every words I said and then gave me lots of advice for my cut and total re style and also how to go forward with my styles even down to how to blow dry/style my hair myself. Thank you so much worth the 60 mile round trip for sure and I have now found my go to Salon.
