I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. My hair is falling out and it was my wedding day. I wanted to have my hair looking good but didnt think it would be possible. The hairdresser worked what can only be described as a miracle. I felt wonderful. I would now only go to this salon. It is also reasonably priced for such a top salon.

Leslie Francis has cut , coloured and styled my hair for 15 years and I can honestly say I have always received a high standard of service !, with some amazing results ! These guys can work miracles and always happy to offer me advice and tips on looking after my hair . I wouldn't go anywhere else ! So a big THANKYOU !!

This is the first time I have visited the Leslie Frances salon. The online booking system was easy to use although when trying to change my booking from re-style to cut I accidently booked two appointments for the same time. Someone did call me though to clarify what I had intended to do and put everything right. Great customer service. On the day of my appointment I had my hair cut by Jasmine, who was waiting at reception for me when I arrived. She listened to what I wanted and advised me as to my cut, products used and aftercare, which included free fringe trim within 6wks of initial cut and 20% off my next visit before mid October. I will most definitely return and I would be very happy to have Jasmine cut my hair and would also be happy to have my colour done at Leslie Frances. Great experience as normally I would rather go to the dentist than try a new hairdresser.

Yvonne on reception is always helpful, efficient and has a smile on her face. Maureen on ladies reception upstairs is also helpful, efficient and with a smile on her face - she takes time to make you feel welcome and relaxed while never taking her eyes off the goings on on the floor, ensuring the young girls are working towards keeping the place clean and tidy which is good for the customers and staff, this is Maureen's gift. Diane is always friendly and helpful and makes me feel good and look better. I think it is a little expensive but I do enjoy my visits very much.

yesterday I enjoyed a free hair treatment as I was e-mailed a voucher as a birthday present. Thank you leslie Frances it was a lovely touch and very much appreciated
