the only thing not a straight 10/10 is value for money, which is still a strong 8, and only because my hair LOOKED very similar to when i walked in, however felt amazing! Huge improvement! I recieved excellent customer service from the moment i walked in the door to the moment i walked out. My stylist Lucy sat me down and talked me through what i was after during my visit before leading me to the salon chair and giving me her full attention. I very much appreciated the effort put into the experience. Thankyou!
