The service is very good staff are very friendly and very helpful with advice, especially Charley who does my hair. The only criticism I have are the stairs, they are a bit of a challenge to anyone with poor mobility. I have had two knee replacements so I struggle a bit with them. otherwise it is a pleasure to be pampered at your salon.

I have been a customer for 18 years with Denise, Who I always find friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Service is usually excellent from reception to the girls who sweep up the hair at the end, The salon looks clean and modern . Though on a personal preference I preferred the decor when it was a little less open i.e. in boxed bays so to speak where you could hide away when your not looking your best with the rollers in etc.

It can take a long time to be seen (sometimes over 30 mins from the appointment slot) but when I am seen, my hairdresser is great!

Really happy with my hair - as I always am at Leslie Francis. I have never had a cut here that I didn't like and I've been going there for about 15-20 years. In fact I now live over 250miles away and I still always have my hair done here! Some slight issues this time with the booking, but was remedied quickly and they fit me in with a different, but equally good, stylist there and then. Whilst the salon is not cheap, its great value, with a variety of price levels depending on the experience of the stylist. Highly recommended, a gem to find in Barnsley.
