I was happy with the service I received sky was a lovely girl.I didn't realise until I got home that I am totally unhappy with my hair! IIt is a MESS, The colour is yellow at the roots and I have lines from the foils all the way through my hair!i am not happy at all! It is obvious the colour has leaked and I should have been told and it should have bee sorted immediately !I was asked by someone who had done it.,Then they showed me what was wrong.I will be in first thing Monday morning.I am furious!

I came to salon for a wash/blow dry for a special occasion and left feeling really disappointed. My hair was flat, l wanted volume. Paid 24.50 for the experience, not at all happy

Well fed up, no time allocated to do even my usual highlights and colour so wasted my time and money to park up when left with nothing done and a trip to Boots for home colour kit.

Appointment cancelled today because stylist was ill.people do get ill but a large company like this sure they shud have stand by stylists.my appointment had been made 2 months in advance for a family wedding.after a few phone calls they did manage to get me another stylist at a later time that day.i acepted that appointment but told them i had further appointments to go to and would i be seen straight away they did say yes.they lied i was still waiting to be seen half hour after my appointment.after a few more complants i eventually did get 3 stylist.one to colour my hair another to wash my hair then stylist 3 to cut n dry my hair.leslie francis shame on you i do think you could have done better than this .

unfortunatley my colour was not as expected and whilst a toner was put on top it still is not right, it is the first time I have ever been to the hairdressers and wanted to cry and I even had to wash my hair myself when I got home.

I was under the impression my cut & finish would be £31.50. And had an email confirmation of this. When I got to the till I was asked for £46.50 as I was told I had a re-style. The stylist & I agreed how she would cut my hair. At no point was I told a further cost would incur. I was told I had a "top stylist" which I hadn't actually asked for! As my stylist was off sick. I ended up paying £41.50 to avoid any further embarrassment. But I am not happy about my experience in any way. My hair is so short & I am devastated at how it looks it is not how I wanted it. I did ask her not to cut it short in the layers which she has completely ignored. I now have to feel uncomfortable until it grows. I won't be returning to the salon again.
