Nearly everything about my visit was great. The only thing was that the young woman who washed my hair left me alone for minutes at a time then suddenly came back and continued washing my hair without warning! It was a bit startling. I'm sure she didn't mean to be anything but helpful, but the experience felt rather disjointed.
