Nearly everything about my visit was great. The only thing was that the young woman who washed my hair left me alone for minutes at a time then suddenly came back and continued washing my hair without warning!It was a bit startling. I'm sure she didn't mean to be anything but helpful, but the experience felt rather disjointed.

Booked for an early evening appointment as it quieter and less busy. I prefer this and not all salons offer this service which means I usually go to a barber. However I am changing my style and wanted some extra time and advice. Jenna explained everything, knew what I wanted and did a great job. She was kind and took her time. I will go back again. It’s costs a bit more but for the service and the quiet experience it is worth it.
