The staff are always very helpful and friendly and ensure that your treatment experience is a smooth journey. They managed to ensure that one of my appointments was not cancelled even when they had staff off and offered an alternative stylist at almost the same time. I will continue to use this salon because of the staff.

My first visit to salon was a walk in off the street. I was treated very nicely by Kirsty who cut my hair to how I wanted it. Was so pleased with it made a second appointment to come back. Again chuffed to bits. Did feel it was a little expensive but I have really short hair but the salon made a price adjustment. So top marks on customer service.
