My hairdresser was awesome and lovely. She did a great job. Everything was great except the unexpected price. I understand that my hair is thick and long however all I had was a wash and trim. I wouldn’t have minded if the price was said sooner into the appointment. I do acknowledge that perhaps I should have done something differently. Thank you for a good trim however it’s past my price point and I will have to go elsewhere in future. Thank you

Katie is fabulous and very passionate about her job but I can't help but notice the state of the whole building. Thevtoilets are absolutely disgusting and need ripping out entirely, you can see the staff have tried to keep them clean but they are falling apart, this is not what you expect from a top hairdressers with a premium price tag! There are marks all over the walls everywhere you look, holes in the walls where the iPads have been fitted incorrectly and the chairs used when washing your hair are in desperate need of a service! I think the owners need to plough some money into the place to bring it from a 1 star, back to a 5 star experience.

the reason for the low score on environment is because of the work that is going on at the moment. I was surprised to learn when Jo and cass move upstairs there will be no other way to reach the salon other than to use the stairs. I fear you will lose custom because of this.

Excellent cut once again by lovely Shaun Tyler who gives the best shampoo ever.My hair still retains it's shape from the cut even after several washes which is the essence of a good cut IMHO. ONLY 5 STARS on second question because there was no one on reception when I arrived and myself and another client waited quite a while before someone appeared.
