I felt the srrvice wasn't very well tailored for my 6 year old. When I rang I was told there were no appointments available and was told there were some for the next day at full price. When i went online there were plenty so I booked online. My daughter required a toaster seat and when it came to washing her hair I didn't notice but a lot of water trickled down her back and made her while back and clothes wet to which the stylist said it's because my daughter wasn't looking up when told at time of washing! She wasn't looking up as much as she should but her clothes and back shouldn't have got that way and the stylist shrugged it off. Overall not impressed not worth the £18.50 at half price and would never pay the full price!! Need to be mor3 child friendly rather than just shrugging them off cos it maybe it was just my child this happened to. Won't be using them again.

Extremely overpriced and I was not made aware that the stylist was elite/management. Absolutely shocked to be charged £48.50 for a restyle. Where do you think you are, London?

Booked an appointment at 3pm which was then moved to 12 and then made to wait nearly 30 mins before I was acknowledged

I had a senior stylist and the way she washed my hair was very rough and rushed and not relaxing at all. I had water going in my ears and my forehead and near my side burns. I simply didn’t enjoy it. I always come to Jo & Cass and this was the first time my hair was washed this way.
