I think the online booking system needs to change. I didn't know who I was booking with due to only being able to pick names not the stylist abilities. So I ended up paying for a top stylist which I didn't really need. Only had a trim and blow dry. £50 is alot for that I personally think. The customer service wasn't great either no conversation really from the stylist. No offer of how I wanted my blowdry or products in my hair nothing. No advice or anything really. Don't think I'll be coming back until the booking system is better and customer service skills are alot better

Really disappointed that my hair isn't what I asked for, its a lot longer asked for it above m shoulders, stated I wanted to cut it all off, take out the weight plus the cut is uneven. It was the end on the day and everyone was clearing up I felt that I couldn't asked for it to be re done. Also I was asked if I wanted my hair treated, wasn't explained that this was an extra charge. Left upset and unhappy.

I had a senior stylist and the way she washed my hair was very rough and rushed and not relaxing at all. I had water going in my ears and my forehead and near my side burns. I simply didn’t enjoy it. I always come to Jo & Cass and this was the first time my hair was washed this way.
