I have been going to Jo and Cass for hair care since moving to Kendal in 2016. The service is excellent. The staff are all polite and welcoming. The hair cuts and colour treatments that I have received have been exceptionally good. In addition, I take my severely disabled daughter to Jo and Cass for hair and nail care. She has learning and physical difficulties and is a wheelchair user. The beauticians and hair care staff are sensitive, respectful and have made good relationships with her. They keep her hair and nails in good condition and looking smart. She looks forward to her visits. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending the Jo and Cass salon in Kendal.
