I have been coming to Jo and Cass for several years. This is the last time. I normally have highlights, but talked to a different stylist about having a balayage. She effectively dyed my hair brown, which since I’ve been blonde for over 40 years came as something of an unwelcome surprise! The blonde bits that are left are now grey, I’ll be going elsewhere to get it fixed. The salon was filthy, the toilets were disgusting, soiled and bins overflowing. This used to be Kendal's premier salon. I’m pretty disgusted considering cleanliness is meant to be important these days. Also - the music downstairs was appalling - the same song was played at least four times while I was there.
